 Essential Qualifications & Experience :

For Teaching Posts – 

The qualifications & experience shall be as per the University Grants Commission (UGC) (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and other Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education) Regulations, 2018.

For Non-Teaching Group A Posts – 

• Assistant Registrar – Masters Degree with 55% marks
• Director-College Development Council (on Deputation)
  • Masters Degree with 55% marks
  • Experience of at least 15 years in Teaching/ as Director of the research establishment, or as Principal
• Electronic Shop Engineer – M.Tech
• Executive Engineer (Deputation) – Bachelors Degree with 5 years of experience
• Hindi Officer – Masters Degree with 3 years experience in teaching/ research
• Internal Audit Officer (Deputation) – Masters Degree in Commerce with 55% marks/ Should have passed CA.
• Medical Officer – MBBS
• Public Relation Officer – Masters Degree with 55% marks and Degree/ Diploma, and at least 5 years of experience
• Scientist B – Masters Degree in Engineering
• Scientific Officer – Masters Degree in Engineering
• System Analyst/ System Programmer –
  • M.Tech/ 1st Class MCA with 5 years of experience (OR)
  • 1st Class M.Sc with 6 years experience (OR)
  • B.E/ B.Tech with 5 years of experience
• System Manager/ Senior System Analyst/ Senior System Programmer – 1st Class B.E/ B.Tech with not less than 65% marks with 5 years of experience (OR) Ph.D. with 1-year experience (OR) 1st Class M.Sc/ MCA/ M.E/ M.Tech with 3 years of experience

For Non-Teaching Group B Posts – 

• Assistant Engineer (Civil/ Electrical) – 1st Class Degree with 5 years of experience
• Computer Operator – Graduate with certificate course in computer operations (OR) BCA with 2 years of experience/ Diploma with 3 years of experience
• Curator – Post Graduate with 60% marks
• Exploration Assistant – Post Graduate with 55% marks, MA with 55% marks, and Diploma
• Junior Engineer – B.Sc with Diploma/ Degree with 3 years of experience
• Senior Nursing Officer (Female) – 10+2, Bachelors Degree in Nursing/ 3-year Diploma/ GNM with 2 years experience, Registration with Nursing Council of India/ State
• Professional Assistant – M.Lib.Sc./ M.L.I.Sc. with 55% marks and B.Lib. Sc./ B.L.I.Sc. with 50% marks
• Section Officer – Graduate with 55% marks with 3 years experience
• Security Officer – Graduate with 10 years of experience
• Senior Technical Assistant – M.Sc. or B.E./ B.Tech with 60% marks
• Sports Assistant/ Coach – M.P.Ed Degree And Diploma in coaching from SAI/ NS-NIS (OR) Participation in Asian Games/ World Championship with Certificate Course in Coaching (OR) Qualification and participation in Olympic Games for Rowing, Canoeing with achievement will be considered.

For Non-Teaching Group C Posts –

• Animal Attendant – 12th Pass with 2 years of experience
• Assistant Draftsman – Diploma with 55% marks
• Boatman/ Groundsman/ Waterman – 10th Pass
• Data Entry Operator – BCA or Graduation with PGDCA or B.Sc or BBA. ‘O’ level of DOEACC after Graduation from a recognized University
  • Having a typing speed of 40 words per minute in English in a Computer Environment.
  • Knowledge of English and Hindi Software is essential.
  • Knowledge of English and Hindi reading, writing, and speaking is essential
• Draftsman – Diploma/ ITRI with 55% marks with 3 years working experience
• Driver
  • Matriculate or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Valid Driving License for Light / Medium / Heavy Vehicles having no adverse endorsement
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience
• Hindi Typist – 12th Pass and Skill Test on Computer Standard: English Typing speed of 35 words per minute Hindi Typing 30 words per minute at the speed of (time limit 10 minutes). (corresponding to 10500 keypresses and 9000 pressures on a computer in one hour to type at a speed of 35 words per minute and 30 words per minute based on an average of 5 pressure keys for each word)
• Junior Office Assistant – Graduate with 50% marks
• Laboratory Assistant – Bachelors Degree
• Laboratory Attendant – 12th with 2 years of experience
• Library Attendant – 12th Pass
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – Matriculation or ITI Pass
• Pharmacist – B.Pharama/ 12 + 2 years D.Pharma
• Semi-Professional Assistant – B.Lib.Sc./ B.L.I.Sc. with 50% marks
• Sick Attendant – Matriculation with 2 years experience
• Stenographer – Graduate, A pass in Govt. examination conducted by State Board of Technical Education in English/ Typewriting (40 WPM), A pass in Govt. examination conducted by State Board of Technical Education in English Stenography (40 WPM), 2 years experience
• Technical Assistant – Bachelors Degree/ M.Sc/ B.Sc with 60% marks, 3 years experience
• Wire-Man – Certificate course in Electrical Trade from recognized ITI or Wireman course or Electric course from recognized ITI.
• X-Ray Technician – Diploma in X-Ray technology with 50% marks

2. For Non-Teaching Group B Posts candidates will be getting a Pay Level as per 7th CPC minimum of Level-6 to a maximum of Level-7
3. For Non-Teaching Group C Posts candidates will be getting a Pay Level as per 7th CPC minimum of Level-1 to a maximum of Level-5
